Since the construction of the haveli dates back to 1912, the architecture of the property is such that it offers spacious yet traditional looking rooms.
The walls of the haveli and that of every room, are thick and were made keeping in mind any outside attack on the property. Hardened bricks and lime stone mixture, also called as 'Chunna' were used to make the walls.
The ceiling of every room is made of wood flanks and tiles, to prevent heating of roof in summers, while keeping it warm in winters.
The haveli offers spacious Rooms, which represent contemporary yet traditional look with all the modern amenities. The place as such is a combination of the zamindari life and modern day lifestyle, reminding us of an era long gone but never forgotten.
A total of 10+2 rooms are offered in the haveli complex, in two locations, each one representing itself as distinct from another, yet an integral part of the property.
